I can't say about the UK sizes; I do not know them. But from my experience with Casadei and Gianmarco Lorenzi, a 41italian really is an 11 US.
Whoever tried it too, please let us know.

If it's a true EU size, then a 41 will be slightly larger than a UK 7. I'm a UK 7.5 so can be a 41 or 42 depending on manufacturer / pointyness. Based on my experience with Pleaser shoes (my only ones in US sizes) a US 11 is closer to an EU 42, if not a 43.
