Platform Wedge Boots

Anyone here interested in these? They are US size 11. I got them from Ebay and well, they just aren't my style. Too much of a platform and I don't like the curve of the heel (I guess I could try to fix the curve).

Anyway, I paid about $64 including shipping. I don't have to recoup FULL costs, but anyone making a reasonable offer I would be willing to talk to. I only wore them to try them on, so they are still new.

I finally wore these out this weekend. Very briefly though.

The first thing I noticed about them is they are kinda heavy. I guess from all the material (wood?) used in the heels. My wife also noticed that I walked with a "limp" (perhaps cause they were heavy?). Anyway, they aren't bad and I liked them, BUT, but wife didn't ("good thing we didn't have to sit down anywhere, I can see them when you sit down") was her comment.

So anyway, I am still looking to get rid of them. Since I wore them ONCE and very briefly and since I really don't want to donate them to a local charity, how about $25+shipping.

I had one person write me in November saying he was going to buy these in December. I've written him just before the new year with no word back yet. Is anyone else interested in these boots? I need to know as I would like to either sell them or donate them soon.

I'm not in the running for them (out of my price range I expect, and shipping would be horrendous too), but I would be interested to know if those are by John Fleuvog by any chance?

Anyone interested? I would really like to sell these to someone here, not because I need the money (although getting something back would be great), but because they are nice boots and I would hate to just donate them. If your interested at all, please PM me and we can work something out!

as much as i'd LOVE to wear those boots, i cant afford them at present.

have you thought of putting them on ebay? you'd likely get a good price for them, as they are unique...

I could put them on ebay, but I was hoping to pass them on to a fellow heel wear here. Especially since I will lose money on them (paid > $64 for them, wore them out ONCE).

I figure if I am going to lose money, why not pass the savings on to my fellow board members vs some random ebayer.

Same goes with the other shoes/boots I put on here.
