I have to clear out some of my boots.
On ebay now
This is a rare item with known history.
A real good pair of mens platform boots in very good condition considering the age. They are made of leather inside, outside, have leather soles and leather stacked heels. I bought them long time ago from the original owner, Mr Kerbosch, who bought them new.
Here is the story exactly as I was told.
They are hand made 1973 in Gothenburg by an english shoe craftsman. He played at the time in a band called Bitch. He went to England 1974 to play with his band for a couple of months. In May 1974 he went to Brussels where he played with a glam rock band called Lady Pain until November 1975. The band played at something called Passage 44 in Brussels. The group made one LP and one single with the multi artist Andree Dobbelaer who often was called Nato. The production name of the records was Barclay. The boots are only used on stage.
Here is the spec of the boots:

Heel: 11cm, 4.4"
Platform: 5cm, 2"
Total height incl heel: 32.5cm, 13"
