In order to make things a little easier for you to use these forums there are some forum instructions, guidelines and rules in place that apply to every forum.

Problems relating to logins and message posting permissions are often related to members not verifying their email address upon signup, or not verifying their account by responding to the automatic email verification that is sent out to you if you have lost your password and need a new one.

If you have any alternative problems, not covered in the instructions or FAQ's then please do check the "Technical support / Requests & Proposals" forum as your problem may have already been covered but if not then please do start a new thread using your problem as the thread title so that other members/moderators/admins can offer help.

New members:
You need to verify your email address and follow the instructions in the email you will receive when you registered.

Existing members:
If you have requested a new password, or a new verification email has gone out to you just follow the instructions in the email.

If your having problems then please send a private message to any of the forum moderators/admins who will sort it out for you.
