They are forsale on e-Bay right now.They are rather cute and would make a fine addition to a guys wardrobe.
I for one, would have no problems wearing this style.

I have two rather nice pairs of booties in a similar vain,one leather pair by Via Spiga and another by Claudia Cuiti in suede.Both are on 4" heels and they can be dressed up or down easily.

Hay... that's something similar that my wife has. Except the zipper is in the back and the heel is a little more curvy. Leather to mmmmmmmmmmm....

I would love to find a style like in the pic, but only in a 14. They would be ones to wear pretty much every day!
