Thigh Boots in Public - Page 103

hi there jim! :) I was wondering what kind of hose/socks you wear with your thighboots, & what kind (if any) of insoles you have in them. I have somthing called PUMP PALS that I put in to my DEMONIA black platform boots (which I plan to wear today going put to the movies, all in black to match!

) & as far as I know, they really do work for heeled boots and/or shoes! :) I also have found that (for these particular boots) that very thin hose works for MY feet, but its funny that for my NINE WEST blade heel knee boots I need to wear THICK socks, so go figure!

(think that it all has to do with the type of boot, its over-all design, & how it may fit best on your feet.)

I actually have 2 types of pads in the 5.5" thigh boots. One is a small "open toe shoe" style that helps pad right where the bone hits the pad of the foot, and a larger pad that covers most of the flat part of the inner boot. I would have to dig around to see if I could find the names.

Usually I wear socks, as I don't actualy own any hose at this point. I do have some lycra socks, and I also have some lycra unitards with feet, but am unlikely to wear those in public. If I need to pull the boots on over my jeans I will wear at least mid calf height socks to keep the pants in place, I have a pair of MX socks by Thor that are quite comfortable for that :)

Btw, I got one of the thigh boots on my b/f for a test fit a few minutes ago, they fit great

If you worry about what other people think of you, you won't.
There's nothing wrong with being a transvestite AND it's not illegal to be stupid, many people are stupid and manage to live happy and fulfilled lives.

Hi Everyone,
It has been awhile since I last posted, have missed everyone. In addition to being really busy we also spent five days on a "Boot" vacation in San Francisco from April 24-28th. It was a blast! The only footwear we took with us were thigh high high heel Boots!!
I brought six different pairs of thigh Boots from my collection. On the first day we spent most of the day shopping around Union Sq. I wore black jeans tucked into the Cristina thigh high Boots that i love, they have a 4 inch heel, and they are awesome to walk in.
Day two we spent in the "Fetish" area around 7th and 8th Streets near Folsom st. We stopped in to many stores. I wore the outfit I am wearing in the pics at the "www" link below at photobucket, I have also attached one pic, the "small1'. This pair of Boots is a custom made pair from Little Shoe Box in the UK, crotch high soft lambskin leather with a 5 inch stiletto heel. That same day we went to the movie "Kinky Boots" in the same outfit, it was a hit! Many of the movie goers stopped after the show to chat about my Boots etc. We then went to a few clubs and had a wild time !!
The third day we spent around Fishermans Wharf and I wore my Little Shoe Box black suede crotch high Boots over black jodphurs you see in the other pic. There were at least a half dozen requests from folks to take our picture. cathy was wearing a pair of black elatehr thigh high Boots as well over black jodphurs. That evening we went to a couple of shows and danced the night away.
It was an awesome trip as usual.

Sounds like you had a great time, iloveboots! I also plan to wear a pair of "Kinky Boots" to the showing of the film when it gets here soon. I just love stirring the pot to see what happens.

It sounds like you two had a tremendous time on your trip. Cudos to your both. The two pics that your posted are great. You look good in that outfit. JMO---but I like the look with the leather thighhighs over the suede---then again, I'm not much on suede even though they are thighhighs.

I think if you read around on this forum you will find that most of us think that fashion freestyling is not in indictment of being stupid or a transvestite. Most of us really enjoy the look.
