I have to say i sway just ever so slightly when wearing any type of shoe so wearing heels just came natural to me. My feet are also normally straight when i walk so it doesn't look too overly feminine but not mannish either.

I try to walk "naturally" in high heels. But I do take shorter steps and as many others have said, watch my posture. This seems to be a key in walking in high heels. Some high heels are so comfortable that I forget I am wearing high heels and I walk as I always do.
