Default casual Friday and weekend dress code
A pair of fine leather high heeled boots are not only matched with business suits. Black and brown leather boots are usually the most versatile and can be worn with dress pants, wool, and flannels or tweed pants. They also look great with long and short skirts, jeans, and cropped pants as well. On casual Friday and weekend I'd my boots with jeans over or tugged in.

I'm with you! On casual days I love to wear jeans over calf or knee high boots or knee high boots with jeans tucked in.

We don't have casual Fridays every Friday, but when we do, I give me feet a break by wearing these new ballerina flats I got. It's cute with the flower designs. I don't wear them too often since I'm usually in heels all the time, but I might as well take advantage of casual Friday.
