My highest pump fetish heel that I can walk in is a 7 inch ..for how long depends on the style of the heel itself ..I have black 7 with a strap and its eaiser to walk in that than a 6 inch sometimes ..and I also find the same with my 7 inch red spiked heels ..

I voted 5" but I can only stand or walk in them for half an hour or so. I'd have voted 4.5" if that was an option - I can do those all day. What a difference that half inch makes!

I wore 5" wedges the other day and it was hard for me to walk after I got home and took them off. I think I could wear 4.5s or 5s all day everyday if I didn't have to bend and stoop to take care of the kids and run after them and clean at the salon. I would love to wear them every day, maybe when the baby starts walking.

5.5" is a must for evenings out, even for food shopping, makes me feel great, but after 4 or 5 hours my calfs ache a bit, but worth it. Work usally 4.5" to 5" can do all day in these.

I voted for 5. I have worn 5" inches for years. I can wear 6", but that would make for a long day.

5,5" for a entire day and evening. I´ve tried 6" but can´t last so many hours in them. Although it depends on how much walking you must do...

I can wear 5's but not for very long.
There's a few of them in the back of my closet.
I'm forced onto my tippy toes and I can barely raise the heel of the ground if I try to arch my feet higher. I think my feet just arent really long enough to wear them.

i say four because thats what i wear.. its hard to find 11w's sigh. if i could at higher i would.. as for how long.. 12+ hours.. i work anywhere from 10-16 hours a day 5 days a week
