Due to misuse of Bpalmatv's bandwidth (hhplace pic server host, see first thread in first forum) you can only view pics on his server by putting them in image tags ie Direct post.

eg http://65.160.96.70/hhplace/images/1073562914.jpg

If you put the same pic as a URL, you sometimes won't be able to view it in a new window.

eg http://65.160.96.70/hhplace/images/1073562914.jpg

Try it and see if you are lucky. The reason you can't open always open pics in new windows is the dur to the fact that you can only view them on hhboard URL to prevent abuse. I think it depends on a number of things things as to whether you can see it or not. Apologies for that.
