The trouble is if you don't speak German, it's not that easy to find the threads with pictures unless you look at them all. On the bright side, they seem to have borrowed a few English expressions. There's a forum called "Off Topic" and a thread called "Hallo Admins" so you might be able to find your way around.
You can't view the links to the pics unless you register at the forum, so I will have to take your word that they are very good
