Default heel height for men

I am always wondering when I see heel types for men & for women that the men NEVER seem to get past a certain height in heels whereas they (the heels) for WOMEN seem to change all the time! I cannot for the life of me figure this out :x its almost like there some hidden line that must not be crossed for the higher heels for men, as if it would really matter in the long run. this gender label stuff is really rediculous, heck, I've even seen hiking type boots that would have been "MENS" style @ one time, but now they are in the WOMENS section, go figure all I can say about this is that it is strange to my thinking (to say the least) yours, Brad
