Thanks for the tip. They are hopefully, like these?


I won't be using tape in my boots, though it seems like a good idea. My feet produce enough heat and moisture to poach eggs with. Tape would have no chance to work in that kinda steam-bath.

It was the extra heel height that also interested me. [Two hits, one purchase.] Most of my shoes are 4" heels, the street worn ones anyway. I'd quite enjoy the extra lift on the heel, with the 'long-range' comfort of the padded ball.


As a slight aside, darkness arriving past 10pm isn't helping either my walking abilities, or waist line. The in-soles are not urgent yet, as my mile+ walks have all but stopped. I'm not up to walking from one the next town to my home town in daylight ~ yet....
