Hi there, I just moved to the S. Francisco peninsula. I come from northern Italy, and I used to live 50 meters from a beautiful, exclusive shoe shop. Every now and then I liked to make my wife (and so myself!) happy with a new pair of shoes.

What are the best places to buy shoes here in California? Can those website like heels4less be trusted? The prices are very low, one cannot expect the finest leather, but they can bring a huge variety for few bucks; on the other hand, I don't want to waste my money or hurt my wife's feet with shoes that break down after two times.

What are your recommendations?
