I have decided it's a 'peculiarity' of the site, and resigned myself to it's existence.
It's not a big deal, though as a newbie it seemed like one.
The way to 'remove' it, is to remove the necessity by making the rest of the site more interesting for the womenfolk. Then they will
choose to stay amongst the rest of us whenever they post.
