It's not right, and would be considered by most to be slightly gross, but it's not harmful in any way either - especially if it's cleaned up and the wearer is unaware. If your advocating that doing it without the owners permission or knowledge then I'd have to say that you would be one of those "weirdo's" that should probably have a police surveilance put on you.
If your also advocating that its fine to behave like this because there are worse things going on in the world, then you probably need therapy.
