I can't see the harm in any of this really, when you look at the bigger picture.
It's not right, and would be considered by most to be slightly gross, but it's not harmful in any way either - especially if it's cleaned up and the wearer is unaware. There's so much real bad stuff going on in the world that this is pretty negligible. Would be interesting to hear any women's thoughts on this.
And I agree with Wuornos totally - a high heel site should be able to discuss this in it's fetish section, maybe just deleting any offensive words out.
