I've no knowledge of couturier clothing, but I'd propose to get at this sort of gear, you've got to be inside the loop.

I had a good look for these shoes, and they're just not out there. I'm not used to looking for this kinda price range though, so I maybe looking in the wrong places? Bet someone at Vogue could help ....
