Getting out of the biz, co's I find it very difficult now to please most people with the correct fitting the right colour etc. Especially online where I can invest in shoes and I get them returned and the amount of money spent has been enough. plus this year for the first time I have been stung by receiving payment, sending goods and then a charge back from a user to say he/she never authorised the transacting. That was the last straw.
