Already looked, aside from the boots that Kym posted, they have a platform verson of what I'm after minus the metal heel... then there's the original pair that I posted.

Pleaser isn't doing it for me this time... am trawling the net and it's all I can find though. The boys over at Pleaser are doing quite well for themselves I think.
