Thanks for that Jennie, it took me ages to find that, I was looking for a link that said "Open a dispute" or something like that not "Report a problem". Anyway, when I opened the dispute it came back immediately and said the seller can't currently respond to this dispute - and escalated it to a claim immediately.

The case ID is PP-439-640-555 in case it helps with your claim.

I'll let you know when I hear something.
