Yes you can make edits for about 60 seconds after I think, or it may be related to if someone else has posted or viewed. On some other forms I admin, this time is adjustable, on some it isn't.
I can't remember whether it was adjustable here or not. It's not the end of the world, but personally I'd rather be able to edit spelling errors for 10 mins after without "last edited by" underneath.
