For a long time, I've been looking for some shoes with a 5" (or higher) heel that isn't a tiny stilletoe. However, I've failed miserably. (Note I'm not counting platform shoes here)

Does anyone know of any company that would be able to custom make shoes ? I'm not after a fancy design, just a simple plain ankle boot or slip-on shoe with a 5" block(ish) heel.
