also try choke chains in 22 to 26 inches in length
make the noose part and place around Your ankle if You'd like place a small padlock at the point where the chain comes out of the large ring
take the tail of the chain under Your heel and lock it to the other side of the ankle chain
relatively cheap and effective if i do say so myself

materials:
two dog choke chains
4 small padlocks
high heels the higher the better
someone to hold the keys *giggle*
