Here is what I would recommend:
1) shoe selection advice along with feet and leg exercises at

2) consider soft leather (kidskin or calfskin) instead of patent leather for comfort. Soft leather stretches with wear. Patent leather will NOT stretch.
3) consider rounder toe shoes to prevent the toes from being squeezed together. See picture below. Here is a Canadian site that sells round toe court shoes in soft leather:
