I am a 39 year old single man in Toronto, Ontario who is a life long lover of female legs and an admirer of women who will be very feminine and will wear hosiery, high heels and short skirt/dresses. i think it's the ultimate expression of feminity.

I was wondering if there were any women on this site who would be interesting in exploring a friendship with a man based on those interests of mine. A friendship which would have as a cornerstone my admiration of the lady's legs and of her fashion sense.

I am looking for females only and preferably located in Quebec, Ontario or the American Northeast.
