As I told in another thread, this (great) brazilian hosted web site is not updated since 2002! Looks like the webmaster was tired of beeing attacked.
A few months ago the chatrooms stoped working.
I don't know how long it will remain up, this site had to much bandwidth, maybe they're running out of money.
Have you try to send a message to the webmaster?
